DESCRIPTION:<a href="https://erp.trsavage.com.au/event/ministry-of-metal-pr
 eview-5">Ministry of Metal - Preview</a>\nAn immersive\, hands-on learning
experience designed exclusively for architects and interior designers to
strengthen your knowledge of an often-misunderstood material. Taking part
will allow you to design\, specify and talk with all project stakeholders
about metals with confidence. This will be a rare opportunity where techni
cal knowledge\, material craft\, and design sensibility collide. The exper
ience will decode the four metals that define contemporary interiors: Bras
s\, Stainless Steel\, Mild Steel\, and Aluminium exploring not just what t
hey are\, but how they behave\, how they age\, how they perform across sur
faces and products\, and how to talk about them with conviction when advis
ing clients. On the day: Hands on with real examples to see and feel the f
our metals in different states. Keynote presented by Joel Savage\, directo
r and fourth-generation custodian of the business\, and James Groom\, crea
tive director and industrial designer. Making your own tactile artefact fr
om what you have learned. Grazing and drinks to fuel conversations. This i
s a private evening for a small group of our most valued clients\, ahead o
f our Saturday Indesign sessions\, in an informal setting with time for pr
 oper conversation.
